Job Description
We are seeking an insurance customer service representative to become part of our organization. Experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome full time and part time candidates. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with agents, insureds, and insurance companies
- Take payments and post to accounts
- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
- Document customer correspondence
Qualifications:
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong people skills
