Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Stay abreast of current methodologies and treatments in mental health care.
• Uphold all legal and ethical guidelines and requirements pertaining to clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Clinical Therapist, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent.
• A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience in working with mental, developmental, and behavioral health issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with the capacity to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Team player with the ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
