SUMMARY

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner. Complete items on Service Requests for units and property. Complete items listed on Make-Ready Checklist. Complete grounds keeping duties. Handle Emergency After Hour Calls on a rotational basis at their primary property and properties in their region within 20 miles from their primary property. Perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout the properties in which you work. Perform purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts. Perform vendor management. Perform repairs and maintenance for emergency situations
