Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
