Training & Curriculum Specialist

The Training and Curriculum Specialist will develop and provide training for both front and back office team members. They will focus primarily on new Teller and Branch/Contact Center service rep training. They will be responsible to assist in writing and maintaining procedures and manuals. In addition, they will develop and provide training on additional topics and initiatives relevant to the credit union such as fraud risk management, federal regulations, and staff development.

The Training and Curriculum Specialist will participate on committees, special training projects, and will be provided the opportunity to attend professional development events. They must possess a desire to assist others in their professional growth and development and have the ability to adapt instruction to meet training needs.

The Training and Curriculum Specialist will work alongside our Assistant Vice President of Training and play a crucial role in our new hires learning journey. The ideal candidate will perform high impact classroom and on-the-job training.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training experience is required.
• Must have excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication, writing ability and organization
• Maintain up-to-date and proficient Teller and service rep skills
• Experience in the credit union or banking industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule- Monday-Friday 40 hours per week

Work Location: In person
