Implementation Engineer- GOIS (Goods Order Inventory System)
Position Summary:
In this key role, the Implementation Engineer will work as part of the GOIS (Goods Order Inventory System) Team, working on delivering solutions successfully to our customers. Training will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to work with MetaOption LLC's proprietary mobile/web software GOIS. You will work as part of the Project Team across the full Implementation phase of the project-Requirements Gathering, Demo Presentation, Solution Implementation, Training, customer onboarding, Documentation, user manuals & Go Live.

Training will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to work with MetaOption LLC's proprietary mobile/web software GOIS. You will work as part of the Project Team across the full Implementation phase of the project-Requirements Gathering, Demo Presentation, Solution Implementation, Training, customer onboarding, Documentation, user manuals & Go Live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the GOIS Project Team delivering solutions for our customers.
- Understand Customer processes to ensure Project Deliverables are met.
- Actively participate in the Demo Presentation, Solution Implementation, Training, customer onboarding, Documentation, user manuals & Go Live.
- Engage with Customers at Project Meetings and follow up on actions and Issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related fields with sufficient technical experience REQUIRED.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer, working with Automotive, Inventory, Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehousing solutions.
- Industry knowledge in Inventory System software or ERP would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments would also be considered an advantage.
- Customer Service Orientation: Discovers and meets underlying needs of customers; Follows through on requests and complaints, Becomes a trusted advisor to the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: Presents oneself clearly and articulately when speaking, assuring that others fully comprehend the intended message; Uses appropriate grammar tailored to the audience.

- Detail-oriented and Organization: Strong attention to details and their implication; Stay organized in daily routine; Seek and implement efficiencies.
