Inbound Shipping & Receiving Clerk -1st Shift –$18.50/hr.- Savannah, GA
6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Workbox Staffing is hiring an Inbound Shipping & Receiving Clerk in the Savannah area.

Skills:
- Identify locations in the warehouse to verify loads as they are assigned by a lead
- Correctly complete verification worksheets
- Walk the area of staged load and confirm that load is a total of 30 floor spaces
- Verify that the DC code on the LPN label matches the DC code of the entire load to be verified
- Verify that the DC code on the LPN label matches the 4x6 label with the handwritten DC code. Both on the same pallet.
- Verify that the carton count on the LPN label matches the actual carton count on the pallet
- Peel the LPN label that reads office copy off of the pallet and place it on the verification worksheet. Repeat this for every pallet that is designated for the load.
- Walk load after all LPN labels have been applied to the verification worksheet to confirm that no labels have been missed.
- Turn in verification worksheet to outbound floor lead
- Periodically perform audits of staged loads for quality assurance
- Keep general work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivated
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by sweeping and cleaning up area
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Ability to move between tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Hard worker
