Comfort Advisor/Project Manager (Residential HVAC Sales)

Our Comfort Advisor/ Project Manager is responsible for building a positive relationship with customers, closing sales, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in the company and the community. You can expect 4-7 sales opportunities each week. Strong presentation and people skills are required along with high levels of professionalism and integrity. If you are someone who has sales experience, enthusiasm, and fantastic customer service skills, then we want to meet you!

Skills Needed/Job Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of prior sales experience in any home-services, residential, or customer-facing sales environment. We're looking for engaging individuals who aren't afraid to talk to people!
  • A competitive, hungry, and eager attitude to achieve sales goals and commission targets!
  • Be coachable to learn Hearn's process and sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug test/background check.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate prospective buyers and seasonal workloads during peak times.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibilities to contact/reach out to potential new clients via leads generated by Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air (approx. 4-7 sales opportunities per week).
  • Maintain minimal office hours, as needed (this is mainly a field sales position).
  • Meeting the client's needs and wants while meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan. The company depends highly on the Project Manager's ability to convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating or plumbing systems.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the customer secures financing before the job start date or collection of deposit upon closing of sale.
  • Work within sales/service software and maintain accurate records/data.
  • Develop relationships with customers and build rapport to help assess and satisfy customer's HVAC needs.
