Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Elkins, WV 26241
Term: Contract: 7 weeks
Shift: 07:00 pm 07:30 am
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- State LPN license.
- BLS/CPR required.
- Must be Vaccinated
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
Responsibilities:
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders.
- Assisting LPN's and RN's.
