Are you ready to join a collaborative, results-focused team that enjoys helping businesses accomplish their goals? In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Human Resources, and primarily be responsible for supporting all things talent, from acquisition to development.

As a business partner, the Talent Specialist will work with hiring managers to offer a suite of talent acquisition services while developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Additionally, this position will provide an emphasis on finding and providing development opportunities for our workforce in support of organizational goals and priorities. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure Accusoft attracts, hires, develops, and retains top talent.

About the Role:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process and candidate experience from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a lasting impression of our organization.
  • Equip hiring managers with an understanding of the recruitment process steps and approvals needed and provide tools to conduct a thoughtful interview.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate and execute upon annual recruiting strategy, including Accusoft's DEIB, Affirmative Action, and Veteran Hiring initiatives and maintain necessary files covering applications, interviews, and other interviewing tools that will be needed for AAP reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure updated and detailed job description is available for posting and initiate IT equipment checklist.
  • Partner with hiring managers to prepare robust intake analysis for open roles (including, but not limited to: ideal candidate profile, position impact on the business, team dynamics, and interview process) to ensure best possible fit for both the candidate and our organization.
  • Manage job postings and utilize creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and events.
  • Facilitate a streamlined and timely interview process and manage workflow in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Initiate regular meetings with hiring manager during recruitment process and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship.
  • Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial candidate screenings as requested by the hiring manager focused on experience, qualifications and alignment with company culture and provide insightful feedback and recommendations to facilitate informed next steps.
  • Facilitate completion of assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Attend and organize career, college, and community fairs and build relationships with colleges.
  • Partner with hiring manager and other HR team members on offer process, helping to handle candidate negotiations, prepare offer letters, review company benefits with candidates, and initiate the new hire process.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure interview notes are maintained in applicant tracking system.
  • Promote and drive awareness of referral bonus program.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and to make recommendations that will continually enhance Accusoft's talent acquisition processes.
  • Share recruitment best practices and drive process improvements across departments.

Talent Development

  • Partner with HR Generalist to develop, maintain, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees that connects them to content, peers, and company culture.
  • Own new hire experience partnering closely with broader HR team to understand continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Design and own the new hire buddy program in support of successful assimilation of new employees.
  • Partner with people managers and HR team to support effective development plans are in place for employees.
  • Manage the tuition reimbursement policy and aligning processes.
  • Maintain pulse on soft skill training needs throughout the organization and partner with HR team on solutions to address.
  • Create learning plans and job aids that support new and existing learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of new enrichment and development programs.
  • Enhance the internship experience by developing and implementing effective programming and support for interns ensuring a positive early career experience.
  • Measure onboarding, training and development effectiveness through participant qualitative and quantitative feedback and use feedback for continuous improvement of programs offered.
  • Support projects related to talent management strategies needed to achieve the organization's mission and vision, and people strategy (i.e. goal setting, talent review and succession planning).

Work Schedule/Environment/Travel:

  • 5-10% travel may be required. At Accusoft, we embrace flexibility and we trust our team members to know where they work best. This position is a hybrid role with the high majority of the time, you get to decide where you work best - in the office or remote. There will be occasional times where this role is asked to work from our Tampa HQ office.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma or equivalent and equivalent experience commensurate with the degree requirement.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, training, and/or talent development.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience using MS Office applications (Word and Excel), Google Suite, lnternet Explorer and Chrome; desire to enhance technical skills
  • You are a professional, open-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This makes you highly collaborative, flexible and agile.
  • You have a passion for finding talent and developing employees.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws associated with interviewing, hiring, compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • High energy with proven experience building positive relationships with prospective

candidates and vendor partners.

  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and build strong relationships across the organization at all levels.
  • Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines. Must be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with

tact and discretion.

  • Ability to interpret data, understand metrics, and build out dashboards to help drive talent acquisition and talent development goals.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results

Desired Skills:

  • Desire and skill to facilitate is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities for direct reports.
