Position Summary: Quality Control Specialist

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous improvement of automotive manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:

Essential Functions:

- Implement quality activities for the assigned area (Body, Chassis, Electrical, or Trim).
- Execute planned activities for part approval and improvement efficiently.
- Continuously monitor vendors to ensure the supply of high-quality parts to production lines.
- Analyze statistical information and reports to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Support the part quality assurance system.
- Claim defective parts from suppliers and drive improvements.
- Monitor Technical Support personnel.
- Generate detailed reports on quality issues.
- Communicate effectively across various levels within the organization.
- Foster effective communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.

Related Experience:
- 0 – 10 years job-related experience preferred.
- Automotive quality experience desired.

Additional Information:
- Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign).
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and off-shift.
- On-call duty or overtime may be required due to overall responsibility.
