Position Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Representative with expertise in handling internet leads, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers both in-person and online, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet leads promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and enticing customers to visit the dealership.
  • Conduct effective and engaging vehicle presentations to potential customers, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Effectively negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends to provide customers with up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:
