At Ted's Caf Escondido, we're all about serving up mouthwatering, fresh Mexican food with a side of fun. We've been perfecting our craft for almost 30 years, and now it's your turn to join the fiesta.

Don't worry if you're new to the game experience is not on the menu! All we ask for is an awesome attitude and a hunger to learn. We'll take care of the rest, dishing out the best training in all things Ted's. We'll have you apart of the Ted's family in no time.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure that Teds standard of service is given to every guest, every time
2. Anticipate the guests needs
3. To have full knowledge of our menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
4. Have a positive attitude at all times

Work Conditions:

1. Varied working hours may include weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early mornings as needed
2. Must be able to stand and/or walk 8+ hours daily
3. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently
4. Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and climbing

Compensation:

1. $15 - $22 per hour average
2. Consistent, high volume restaurant
