The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages.
- Typing and editing documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling financial records.
- Supporting other administrative functions including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, managing calendars, and handling mail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
