Head Coaches are responsible for providing leadership, education and daily direction to the fitness team. With a strong focus on customer service, fitness leadership and member sales and retention. The Head Coach works in tandem with the Studio Manager/Franchisee to ensure members enjoy a consistent Best in Class OTF experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership and customer service drive. The Head Coach must be able to assist with member retention and satisfaction, developing a cohesive, strong, goal-driven fitness coach team and being the primary resource for all things Orangetheory within the studio.

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they arent
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Be AED/CPR certified
