Servpro is hiring an Independent Contractor Accounting Assistant

As an Accounting Assistant, you would be asked to assist on a project basis 10 - 20 hrs. @ week with various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using QuickBooks on line.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry for QuickBooks online
Produce monthly financial reports
Maintain records for vendors, resources, and subcontractors
Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including collections
Job costing & Invoicing
Budget Preparation

Position Requirements
3+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and can work independently

Location
Part time - in office position - Stateline, NV

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
