Job Summary
Manages all aspects of hospitality services for M1 Concourse. Manages all concession area operations for various M1 Concourse Public Events. Facilitates the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences including, but not necessarily limited to comprehensive planning, cross-departmental coordination, precise execution, ad hoc effective problem solving, post-event analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborates and coordinates with M1 Concourse Personnel to ensure events represent the desired outcome of our clients, marketing initiatives and organizational expectations. Provides continuous guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure exceptional performance from hospitality personnel congruent with organizational expectations. Coordinates food service, beverage service and third-party vendor to ensure seamless operations and exceptional deliverables. Continuously explores opportunities to increase concession revenue. Represents M1 Concourse during events, and at all times, with the highest level of professionalism.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages all aspects of hospitality services at M1 Concourses Event Center.
  • Manages all concession area operations for various M1 Concourse Public Events.
  • Manages, guides and trains Hospitality Personnel to ensure exceptional performance and deliverables.
  • Manages all related inventory to ensure effective operations.
  • Manages the schedules of direct reports to ensure effective operations.
  • Manages departmental finances to ensure adherence to related budgets.
  • Manages department in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing standards and guidelines.
  • Identifies innovative strategies to maximize revenue and enhance profitability for leaderships consideration.
  • Identifies innovative strategies to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and experiences.
  • Identifies opportunities to continuously expand concession revenue.
  • Maintains industry knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinates as necessary throughout the organization to ensure effective BEO Processes.
  • Manages relationships, negotiates cost-effective contracts and ensures the highest level of third-party vendor performance from all applicable entities including, but not limited to food trucks, caterers and beverage providers.
  • Maintains department related policies, procedures and practices consistent with the highest industry standards
  • Maintains facilities with the highest attention to cleanliness, hygiene standards and superior presentation
  • Provides superior customer service and responsiveness to inquiries and requests.

Required Knowledge

Miscellaneous Requirements
Experience Proven Experience in Hospitality Management Event Industry Preferred
Education Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or
Related Field Preferred
