Part time RN/ Weekly pay

Job Summary
Meets with clients at their home to perform assessments/reassessments.
Participates as a member of the companys management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making.

Essential Functions

• Be totally knowledgeable in the agency service lines, service fees and client base.
• Conduct assessments in order to determine need and propose services and institute agreements with clients.
• Conduct bi-monthly re-assessments / care plans with Medicaid, VA and Long-Term Care Insurance clients. $50 per assessment/re-assessment.
• Ensure appropriate care is delivered to all clients.
• Enter the assessments/reassessment into the system online and print and sign.
• Maintains documentation of associate work record and care in ClearCare.
• Responds promptly and courteously to all clients calls and provides solutions to their situations.
• Serves as liaison between associates and Owner.
• Attend appropriate office meetings.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability

• Current license without encumbrances and in good standing as a registered nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
• Basic office and computer skills, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Have reliable transportation.

Working Conditions/Environment
Office out of main HSV office. Work with clients within territory; including Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Benton and surrounding areas.
