NOOTER is seeking a Billing Clerk to joining our team. Our offices are located in Toledo, Ohio. The role is responsible for calculating and preparing customer invoices per contract. The ideal candidate would work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that they are capturing and reporting accurate information.

NOOTER Trives on the success of its employees. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Compile amounts to bill by collecting information from accounting system, purchase orders, vendor invoices, timesheets and subcontracts.
• Prepare invoices by calculating billing amounts.
• Monitor labor rate changes.
• Follow up on payments - monthly statements to customers.
• Research and solve customer invoice issues.
• Post cash receipts.
• Enter job set-ups in accounting system
