Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
• Manages, plans, supports, and coordinates day‐to‐day project activities and requirements.
• Ensures the accomplishment of project objectives within prescribed timeframes.
• Tracks the status of projects activities to completion and assigns or completes tasks based on immediate requirement, personnel expertise, and workload.
• Collects and analyzes performance metrics and identifies ways for improvement.
• Designs and completes reports, updates, and briefing charts to present project status to leadership.
• Develops administrative and monitoring support tools, as required to perform daily operations associated with the establishment, maintenance, and oversight of projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum/General Experience:

• 3 years of experience

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
