Welder | MIG and TIG | 1st and 2nd shifts
If you have at least one year of MIG and TIG welding experience and you’re looking for a new opportunity where you can expand your skillset, then this Welder position may interest you.
An expanding company that specializes in manufacturing steel building structures has multiple temp-to-hire Welder openings on their 1st & 2nd shift teams. The worksite is in the Wolcott area, just 20 minutes from Rensselaer!
In this role, you'll be working on a team to weld together steel structures. You'll also use blueprints to ensure your work meets product quality standards.

Welder Job Duties:
- Weld together steel building structures – MIG and TIG.
- Use hand tools, grinder, torch welding gun and needle gun.
Pay: $19.10 - $20.10 per hour
Available Schedules:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30pm – 2:00am
**Built-in overtime!
Welder Job Requirements:
- At least one year of previous MIG and TIG welding experience
- At least one year of experience operating a torch welding gun and needle gun drill
- Able to pass welding assessment.
- Able to stand, bend, and twist throughout shift
- Able to solve basic math equations
