Office Clerk

Office Clerk Responsibilities:

• Printing incoming orders
• Creating art bags
• Minor QC work
• Preparing and scanning various documents
• Sorting paperwork manually or electronically as needed
• Adhering to office policies and maintaining document confidentiality

Requirements:

• A High School diploma is preferred
• Must be highly detail-oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have overall good computer skills and be proficient in Office, Excel, and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/ Spanish is a huge plus!
