Carpenter-Painter

The core goal of our operation is to bring tenants and properties together while making the leasing process uncomplicated for both. We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Carpenter-Painter to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and finishing to ensure structural integrity and visual appeal of properties.
• Identify and address any carpentry issues such as rot or damage and implement appropriate repairs.
• Execute painting projects, prepare surfaces and apply finishes for desired aesthetics.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to achieve specific color schemes and design goals.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with teams, and communicate progress effectively.
• Communicate with supervisors, project managers, and clients regarding project progress and potential issues.
• Travel between properties as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Perform job site cleanup.
• Complete drywall projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter-painter or in a similar role.
• Strong carpentry skills including framing, trim work, and finishing.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and surface preparation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to industry regulations.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable climbing ladders.

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of carpentry experience preferred.
