Job Summary
We are seeking a manager for remodeling and renovation to join our team! As as a project manager, you will be traveling to different clients job sites, discussing their renovation or building needs, and determining the scope of work that will need to be completed. You will also be recording that information, assisting with scheduling, and traveling to the job site both during and after construction to ensure the highest standards are being followed, and all new construction meets both state and local regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is familiar with local building codes, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Travel regularly to different job sites and meet with property managers and inspectors to ensure the renovations are being completed on time and correctly.
  • Assist and ensure everyone is on site and working at the pace of the schedule
  • Ensure all material is ordered through the office and is on site. Ensure that material is not damaged and secured while in storage.
  • Record all job information and build a plan of what needs to be done for them
  • Regularly check in with that job during the construction phase to ensure all state regulations are being followed
  • Observe the job once finished to check for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. This can include getting on the roof, going into crawl spaces, and more
  • Report back to SVP for weekly updates, issues, progress, ect

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful
  • Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations
  • The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
