Overview


We are seeking a Manager of Sales at ITS to help lead ITS into the next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Manager of Sales will be responsible for an existing Sales team that is forecasted to double in size by end of 2022. This person will lead the strategic direction and management of the sales engine to fine-tune, optimize, scale, and successfully help the company meet its short and long-term objectives.

As a part of the leadership team, you will be a key voice in how we execute and grow. You will learn from our existing team and draw from their extensive experience and success, while bringing new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth and greater market share penetration. As a trusted advisor, the Manager of Sales must be an authentic collaborator, strong leader, and proactive, strategic problem solver.

What You'll Do


  • Specific areas of responsibility include direct/inside sales and sales engineering.
  • The Manager is accountable for delivering accurate sales forecasts and ensuring sales reach or exceed forecasts.
  • Working closely with the rest of the leadership team, the Manager will influence technology, product line planning as well as other execution requirements.
  • The manager will have primary responsibility for recruiting, hiring, training, developing and motivating a world class sales teams.
  • Proficient understanding of solution selling processes, sales strategy, sales forecasting, and pipeline development.
  • Conduct research into potential new clients to develop effective sales strategies in preparation for initial engagement
  • Leverage existing base of industry clients as points of contact to promote ITS
  • Work cross functionally to expand into new territories/verticals
  • Define sales processes and strategies
  • Own Sales Operations to define data-driven approach
  • Oversee Marketing Organization for brand and demand generation efforts
  • Oversee and direct all Marketing objectives and directives to obtain sales goals and marketing strategies.
Who You Are


  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience consistently exceeding revenue expectations at scale in a Telecom IT MSP space.
  • Exceptional track record of scaling and leading a sales organization in a high growth company
  • Proven track record of hiring, followership and development of Individual Contributors
  • Experience selling into the C suite is required.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and executing on a multi-tier sales model, including field-direct, inside and partner / channel sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and overcome sales, customer, and managerial challenges; proven ability to setting clear goals, assigning responsibilities, measuring performance and managing feedback to achieve quality and timely results.
  • Superb communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Earning ranges from base salary, commission and bonus $100,000 - $200,000
