Restaurant Manager

Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. $55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them
• Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant
• Verify the quality of all products and services according to the company's criteria
• Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff

Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
• Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
