About the care needs: Mom enjoys conversation on the screened porch - outside walks- nearby parks.- have electric wheel chair. Not a big TV watcher. Both daughters live nearby. No bathing or dr. Appt required. Ideal person would have their own room -private space./ bathroom and have a calming personality.
