Experience:

• 36 months of RN First Assist experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7a-3:30p

Looking for experienced and highly skilled RNFA with strong background in Cardiovascular Surgery and Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Must have excellent endoscopic vessel harvesting expertise.

Shift Information: full weekend call rotation

Call requirement - Every 3rd weekend call rotation (Friday 1530 to Monday 0700), weeknight call TBD

Bachelors Degree: Nursing (Required)

Graduate of accredited school of Nursing; successful completion of additional educational preparation specific to the role of RNFA including supervised clinical component (Required)

Three (3) years experience in Cardiovascular Surgery and Heart/Lung Transplantation (Required)

General Experience demonstrating skills in intraoperative nursing behaviors - handling tissue, using instruments, providing exposure, providing hemostasis (Required)

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
