Pay: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Monday - Friday
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in this field.
This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits provided once hired by our client.
Duties: The Maintenance Associate will prepare job sites for tarping, taping, caulking, sanding, priming, and general cleaning of surfaces. Additionally, they will be required to install and replace rain gutters, water heaters, refrigerators, new light fixtures and light bulbs, battery-operated smoke detectors, toilets, faucets, cabinets, countertops, small area concrete and concrete finishing, roof shingles, sheet vinyl and VCT flooring, and drywall.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
