Job Summary: Seattle Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Customer Service Reservationists.
Associates in this role will be creating trip bookings for riders with disabilities on behalf of King County Metro Access.
This is a long-term contract-to-hire position.
Schedule: 40 Hours weekly
Two weeks paid training Monday - Friday 7:55am – 5pm
Once training is completed you will receive a “set schedule” with two consecutive days off (will be required to work weekends).
Pay: $19.97/hr+
Job Duties:
Responsible for inbound and outbound customer contact
Conduct rider surveys as requested
Provides excellent customer service and resolution
Ability to work independently and, in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
People person, outgoing and friendly personality
Comfortable with technology
Ability to multitask
