Job Description and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to management.

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory filings in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and assistance as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.

Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role(s), preferably in healthcare or a related industry. Experience in multi-site operations within healthcare sector. (Preferred)

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
