Ultimate Staffing is hiring an Office Assistant for a temporary position in Frederick, MD. This position is full-time and fully in office. It will pay $19-21 per hour depending on experience and skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in daily administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Enter data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.

Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and redirect phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Provide support for various office projects or initiatives as assigned.

Assist different departments as needed, collaborating with team members.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1-2 years prior administrative experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
