Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in their search for a Staff Accountant in Columbus, OH. The focus of this position will focus on bank reconciliations, journal entries and month end close. This position will also assist with accounts payable and receivable duties. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Complete bank reconciliations

• Responsible for monthly reporting, journal entries, and general ledger.

• Oversee accounts payable and assist with invoice discrepancies

• Account reconciliation and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• At least 4 years of general ledger accounting experience

• Comfortable with vlookups and pivot tables in Excel

• Strong communication skills
