HR Team Manager

This role will be responsible for leading a team of Human Resources Business Partners for hourly and salaried employees at the facility including, but not limited to:

• Design and document HR processes and procedures to enable a competitive electric vehicle (EV) battery business framework and positive employee experiences
• Drive the organization capability in a brand-new green site by applying organizational design and change management skills
• Build a world class manufacturing team at BlueOval SK Battery Park to help drive innovation and deliver success by developing talent pipelines throughout the community
• Partner with the HR Manager – BlueOval SK, HR Manager – Manufacturing, Battery & Electric Vehicles and Battery & Electric Vehicles Manufacturing Leadership to deliver innovative people experiences
• Shape the HR team at the new advanced battery facility while coaching and teaching the HR team to enhance organizational effectiveness and support growth
• Represent BlueOval SK and work with government agencies, key community partners, and other external organizations
