With 5,000+ employees in our US & MX Region and 9 key plants and 3 distribution centers, it represents the largest piece of the Installation Products portfolio ($1.2B). The HRBP will have responsibility for providing strategic HR leadership and support to the region leadership team. This role will be open to candidates in the US to work remotely, or hybrid-remotely if around a critical office location for the EL Installation Products division. Regular travel into the office location in Memphis, TN will be a requirement for this position.
