DescriptionWhat You Can Expect As a Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.  You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.  You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.  You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Do Your Talents Include the Following? • Demonstrated experience with multiple Oracle Cloud modules: • Order Management • Inventory • Accounts Receivable • Experience with guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation • Successful completion of three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud ERP • Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles • Ability to provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.   • Experience optimizing client’s technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively • Ability to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge • Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities Your Educational and detail oriented Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS). • 5+ years working in a related field, either in detail oriented services or industry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
