Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Summary:
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician proficient in PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and equipment repair to ensure optimal functionality of machinery and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Utilize PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to monitor, control, and troubleshoot automated systems.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, pumps, and actuators.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Certification or training in relevant technical fields is a plus.
