We are hiring Full-Time bilingual positions in our Broker Services Department with an hourly base rate of $17hr + Benefits + Paid Training + Overtime available + WORK REMOTELY

Position Responsibilities:

• MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH And Vietnamese
• Meet performance expectations including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
• Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
• Handle primarily inbound calls

Position Qualifications:

• No experience necessary
• Self-motivated, outcome driven, and teachable
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
• Must be willing to complete a background check

Requirements to work from home:

• Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
• Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
• A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work
