Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technology Manager Position type: Full Time Duration: Permanent Location: Jackson, MO As a Technology Manager you will: Overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, and PLC Engineering departments Acting as the liaison between the Information Technology, Software Engineering, and PLC Engineering departments and upper management Creating and managing capital project budgets Working with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projects Working with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirements Hours outside of regular workweek may be required when equipment scheduling is needed Create continuous improvement plans. Maintain company network and server infrastructure Prevent cyber security issues The ideal candidate will have: A four year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications) At least 10 years experience in the Software Engineering and Information Technology fields with the understanding of PLC programming as well Experience with in house software development Familiarity with the software development life cycle Exposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, Python Experience with SQL databases Understanding of network systems Understanding of server equipment Understanding of internet security and data privacy Allen Bradley PLC Experience HMI Screen Development Experience FactoryTalk Site Edition experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong problem solving skills Ability to implement continuous improvements Willingness and ability to travel Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
