Job Summary

• The Patient Care Technician is accountable for performing delegated tasks and assisting nursing personnel within the Emergency Unit as well as functioning on the hospital floor in patient care delivery.

Education and/or Experience

• Medical Terminology preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Minnesota Certified Nurse Assistant certification required upon hire or within 120 days of hire date.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required upon hire or within 90 days of hire.

Work Schedule

• 0645-1915; 1845-0715, e/3rd wknd, occas hol/call; 24hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
