- Excellent communication skills
- CCNA/CCNP/CCIE(R&S, Security) certification is mandatory
- Hands-on experience of Cisco Router & Switches
- Layer 2 Switching Knowledge VLANs, Spanning Tree, MAC Addresses, Port Channel, switch stacking, port security, SNMP, NTP, radius, etc.
- Layer 3 Routing Knowledge Static, BGP, HSRP, ACL, NAT
- installation of monitoring devices SolarWinds - NPM, NCM, NTA, Syslog, etc.
- Hands-on experience on ASA, FTD, FMC, SFR, IPsec, and remote access VPN, MPLS, Failover, ACL, NAT, PAT, and route.
- Device up-gradation - Firewall, routers, switches.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of ASA, FTD, and VPN, MPLS
- Strong experience on Spanning Tree, MAC Addresses, Port Channel, switch stacking, port security, SNMP, NTP, radius etc.
- Strong experience on routing- static, default, BGP, MPLS,VRF, VLANS, and
- Good analytical skills to resolve problems.
- Drive Major Incident resolution while on technical discussion bridge with stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts effectively between multiple groups.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
