Job DescriptionCompany Description
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Organize freight bills
- Assist with grower related duties as needed
- Maintains records of Trouble and PAS orders
- Apply grower related in-charges
- Perform daily grower reconciliations- bin receipts/packouts
- Process daily invoicing
- Update daily forecast report with actual inventory received
- Upload daily/weekly grower reports to Laserfiche for review.
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Associate Degree or Higher certifications in accounting role
- ERP Systems (Preferred)
- 2+ years' experience in inventory control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work extended hours
- Bilingual
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Saturdays as needed.
