Production Operator - All Shifts Available - Weekly Pay!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Repairs and maintains production equipment
• Performs complex troubleshooting of electrical, controls, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs and repairs all types of conventional and NC/automatic machine tools
• Reads and interprets blueprints, operating and repair manuals and often works from verbal instructions.
• Sets up and operates conventional machine tools and fabrication machinery to rework or fabricate new parts.
• May orient, train, assign and check the work of lower grade technicians and operators.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Able to set-up and implement projects and systems, set-up and operate conventional shop tools and fabricating equipment to repair/make parts such as drill press, grinder, band saw, taps, solder, etc.
• Ability to dismantle, install, upgrade equipment of fairly complicated design from blue prints, detailed drawings or instructions/sketches.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be able to use small hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. regularly and perform continuous, active, physical effort.
• Prolonged period(s) of standing required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
