Job Description
Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Home Healthcare Registered Nurse, RN UAS Supervisor / Educator to Train Clinical Staff for UAS Assessments. Qualified candidates will have prior UAS Assessment and Home Healthcare Agency experience. Familiar with UAS Tool and Field Assessments. Comfortable training Registered Nurses on UAS-40. Position based in Manhattan Office with some Field education visits.
About the position:
The RN UAS Supervisor / Educator oversees education of UAS Assessment RNs who perform UAS Assessments. Knowledge of UAS Assessment guidelines a must.
Qualifications:
- Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
- Min. of 3 years UAS Assessment RN experience, UAS Certification required.
- 5-7 years of Management experience, overseeing Clinical Teams
- Ability to commute to Manhattan, NY office and complete Field Competency visits
- Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Benefits and Competitive Salary $115,000-125,000.
