RN / LPN

Raphael Health Care is an expanding home health care agency seeking to hire additional RN's and LPN's. We have immediate needs for both shift work nursing as well as individual home visits throughout the Columbus area. You may do initial patient evaluations to confirm needs, provide appropriate care and progress notes, help support patient and family understanding and work toward the patient's medical goals.

Successful candidates will be graduates of an approved School of Nursing and hold a current RN or LPN license for Ohio. We prefer 1-2 years of experience in home health care environment. Compassion, kindness, a standard of care rooted in excellence and good communication skills are essential.
