Key Account Representatiive

The Key Account Representative will focus on managing the business sales distributed through our Distributors, along with any new channels which may emerge.  In addition to managing the day-to-day ordering/shipment/invoicing process, the position will be focused on growing overall revenues, with a particular focus on increasing the brand market share within the Wound Care Centers.  The position will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional; and aligned with our core values. This position will work primarily on the phone and videoconference, which should be directly linked to successful outcomes.  This will involve speaking with existing and potential customers and helping them see the value in our products, customer service, and clinical support.  It will also involve close interfacing with the various departments (fulfillment, purchasing, product management, clinical, etc.) to drive growth and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         High school diploma, Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills

·         Superior listening skills

·         Ability to maintain an organized and professional workspace

·         Experience in customer service, sales and/or retention

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
