Office Assistant Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time at least 24 hrs- full time Office Assistant to join our team for afternoon/evenings/saturdays! The ideal candidate will be able to answer incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, communicate with plumbers and customers, assist in payroll tasks, and aid in general office functions to promote company success. Candidate should be comfortable doing a wide range of office duties, working in a casual, sometimes fast paced environment. The scheduled/days are negotiable but canidate must be able to work afternoon/evenings during the week, and sat 8-2pm.

Responsibilities can include:

• Draft email correspondences
• Accurate data entry
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Make outbound calls
• Take notes from plumbers after jobs
