Express Employment Professionals is hiring a leasing consultant for a local apartment complex in the Athens, TN area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pays: $14.00/hour
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining residents by providing exceptional customer service and showcasing the unique features of our properties. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conduct property tours to highlight features and amenities
- Respond to inquiries about property availability, pricing, and leasing terms
- Process applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are move-in ready
- Prepare leasing agreements and explain terms and conditions to residents
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract potential tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate leasing practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with leasing software and property management systems
- Sales and negotiation skills are a plus
