At Esthetic Solutions, we have the world’s most powerful and advanced laser devices. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and high-energy Certified Medical Laser Technician with 2+ years of experience with either the Candela® GentleMax Pro®, Sciton® HALO® Laser, Alma® FemiLift®, or VirtueRF Microneedling devices. An established book of business and proven sales experience to exemplify our luxury brand are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. You will provide patient care and treatment plans, which include laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, leg vein treatment, medical-grade chemical peels, scar revision, medical-grade skincare, and more.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The ability to work independently to develop and grow your book of business
Have a strong understanding of sales goals and the desire to exceed goals each month
The ability to communicate, empathize, and educate patients with confidence and warmth during all aspects of their treatments.
Ability to cross-sell products and recommend additional services while rendering treatments
Commitment to learning and following all company policies, procedures, and aspects of patient care, with a strong passion for demonstrating and promoting company culture
Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Recognize patient needs and create customized plans
Confidence in patient education for post-treatment and long-term care to achieve the best results
Follow up with all patients and ensure they are provided information on new treatments and products available to achieve optimal outcomes
Document all patient services and communication per company protocol
Keep accurate and organized inventory in treatment rooms
Excellent upward and lateral communication
Must work well within a team environment
Willing to take constructive feedback
Will occasionally be asked to cover Front Desk
Will be trained on our Customer Relationship Management system used to make outbound calls to patients
Adhere to the Arizona Department of Health Services regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2+ years of experience with medical aesthetics lasers
Must be a certified esthetician
Must be licensed by the state of Arizona as a laser technician.
Licenses and Experience REQUIRED:
Laser Technician License is required (Esthetician License and a Medical Assistant license are preferred)
Experience in Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery offices required
Equipment Experience is REQUIRED on at least one of the following:
Candela GentleMax Pro
Sciton HALO Laser
Alma FemiLift
VirtueRF Microneedling
Service Experience REQUIRED:
Microneedling and PRP
Medical-grade chemical peels (PCA and SkinMedica®)
Dermaplaning
Skincare examination and treatment planning
Skincare product recommendations and sales
Additional Desired Knowledge:
Mindbody patient record system
SkinMedica® products
EltaMD® products
Eminence® Products
The right candidate will exceed performance and sales goals with a commitment to increasing personal income and profits for the company by actively bringing and building a book of business. Sales goals are determined on an ongoing basis by the Manager.
This is a 1099 Position and is commission-based. Commission on services and products is provided and will be addressed further upon acceptance of the position.
* Working 2-3 Saturdays/month, and possibly a few later evenings several times per month, depending on business needs.
