Job Summary
Are you looking for your next opportunity . Have you had experience as a fast food employee, specifically as a cook and or assistant manager for Mcdonalds Burger King etc. . We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and day to day activities.. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. You will be responsible to work as a cook on our busy days. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience cooking in a fast food restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cooking on a flat grill and Fryer
  Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
  Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices
  Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
  Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require
  Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous fast food cooking restaurant experience
• Good math skills
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
